This research uses the DeLone and McLean model. For data processing, SPSS was used with the Multiple Linear Regression method to test the instrument using the variables system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The results of this research show that system quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. User satisfaction has a significant effect on net benefits. System quality, information quality, service quality do not have a significant positive effect on usage intentions. Furthermore, intention to use does not have a significant positive effect on net benefits. Of the 8 hypotheses tested, 3 were declared accepted and 5 were rejected
